It Begins with a Walk
Two years ago, I had an idea to create a Grief Walk for National Grief Awareness Day along with the one-on-one grief coaching already on offer. From there, Listening to Grief expanded to include peer support groups, Heart Tending Grief & Yoga workshops, and grief circles for all kinds of grief. More programs are on the way.
