Tell me the story

about your grief

about your person

about your pain

about your love

sibling loss

suicide loss

parental loss

are part of my story

What is your grief story? Listening to Grief wants to hear about the loved ones who are no longer with us. Sharing memories and stories about our deceased loved ones helps keep them close, no matter how long it’s been since they departed. Schedule a short consultation call to learn more about my services.

What if you have grief but aren’t bereaved? There’s a place for your story at Listening to grief, too! Join a grief event, like an (Any Grief) Grief Circle, Grief Walk, or a workshop.

  • Stories exist only through retelling.

How I Can Help

  • Orange starburst

    Coaching

One-on-one grief coaching. Think of me like a grief life coach. I meet you where you are on your grief journey by listening to your stories about your loved ones. We talk about what might help you feel supported in your grief, and how to find comfort.

    Support

I offer in-person grief support groups in Seattle for the bereaved and grief circles for any kind of grief to give you a brave space to share your grief story, feel your emotions, be heard, and witness others who are also grieving.

    Community

Listening to Grief’s community events are designed to normalize grief and bring grievers together, often in a natural setting. Through poetry, movement, and sharing, we work as a group to bring grief into the open and find support in community. You don’t have to do this alone.

These are some of my favorite grief books. Purchase books through my affiliate link at Bookshop.org and I’ll earn a small commission. Support Listening to Grief and independent bookstores at the same time!
