Lean into grief by using breathwork, meditation, and yoga alongside art, writing, and color. Daisha Nilsen of Daish Wellness and Coaching and Tamara Kubacki of Listening to Grief (that’s me!) will lead a small group through various movement and creative exercises. Movement and breathwork will help move heavy feelings through the body and discussion and writing prompts will aid in processing the many different types of grief we all carry. Snacks and tea will be provided. You are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat and mug for tea.
All types of grief are welcome.
